I have more than 12 years of experience in ICT based project implementation for different organizations including small venture to large corporates as well as NGOs and outsourcing industries. My core competencies include ICT based infrastructure development, automation of systems, market oriented thinking, and expertise in using ICT based knowledge in using for marketing and profit maximisation. However, I have also worked for national coalition for education that helped in strengthening peer relation and generate evidence for influencing policy decision and ability to extend support with shortest possible time. ● Extended support to project team for ICT based communication, managing online MIS, dissemination information through website, Facebook, twitter for the following projects:
● Reaching All Children in Education (RACE), 13 Months (May 2017 to Dec 2018) project covered twentyone Union in 12 districts through seventeen partner organisation sponsored by Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF);
● PROTYASHA, 57 Months (April 2013 to December 2017) project covered all over Bangladesh, sponsored by Department for International Development (DFID), UK;
● ONGIKAR, 60 Months (April 2013 to December 2017) project covered all over Bangladesh, sponsored by European Union Delegation in Bangladesh;
● Civil Society Education Fund (CSEF) project completed 3 phase of 3 years each since January 2009 and entering into fourth phase covered 40 districts in Bangladesh supported by Global Partnership for Education (GPE) through Global Campaign for Education (GCE) and Asia South Pacific Association for Basic and Adult Education (ASPBAE).

Development of Communication Infrastructure, promote automation in working environment, and improved data security system at CAMPE
Project Goal:: Improved efficiency of using email and linking with relevant ICT based tools for reducing use of paper in the office and better coordination among officials;

My Significant Roles, responsibilities and contributions:
● Lead the team to migrate email server from google to Microsoft cloud exchange;
● Deployment of Lync, SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer and other tools of Office 365;
● Restructured network cabling and Wi-Fi connectivity ;
● Implemented the revised plan, setting-up device ensuring 6U rack at every distribution point with power backup;
● Contribute to revisit ICT communication plan including data security plan;
● Setup strong backup system (disaster management system);
● Deployed endpoint protection and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and more features of SCCM;
● Promote organization's activities through its website and social media (Facebook and Twitter) to reach target groups.

Development of Online Searchable Database for the Directory of NGOs with Education Program in Bangladesh
Project Goal: : Ensure availability of credible data on NGO run activities in Bangladesh to facilitate better coordination, data driven decision and future planning

My Significant Roles, responsibilities and contributions:
● Meeting with stakeholder for assessment of needs for data collection and identify key elements for the tools development;
● Documentation of key discussion points for decision-making along with the rapporteur and contributed to the writing meeting minutes;
● Contribute to development of instruments (questionnaire) for data collection ensuring logical flow and linkage among the variables;
● Prepared the documentation for database architecture;
● Prepare tender documents (file note, vendor list, software requirements specification (SRS);
● Worked closely with the vendor during the development and testing phase of the online database;
● Contribute to development of user manual as one of the key member of the team for non-IT personnel;

● Worked as team leader for installation of CAMPE server connected with hundreds of PCs, network printers, scanners, and gadgets including mobile phone, tabs and laptops;
● Ensuring data security, user management, uninterrupted services, and cyber threat management from CAMPE server and master PC;
● Planning and design project implementation plan;
● Prepare project requirement sheet and prepare requirement for allocation of resources (both human and financial);
● Developed communication strategy and maintain regular communication with stakeholder;
● Compliance with organizations procurement policy and provided technical support to the procurement committee for technical analysis of bidding document (preparing comparative statement) and identify the lowest bidder using the VFM principles;
● Assess the quality of the products as per agreed configuration;
● Independently accomplished major installation and setup;
● Troubleshooting, fixing bugs and provide technical support to the end users;

● Design a network plan and establish network in all locations including use of radio link and fiberoptic cables;
● Assess risks, costs and importance of connectivity and decide on need for establishment of backup network connectivity;
● Worked closely with different stakeholders including internal clients and external providers including mobile operators (Grameen Phone, Robi, Aktel etc.), BTCL, Local ISP, equipment supplier, among others to establish networks;
● Ensured that all concerns are connected to corporate headquarter network and domain controller for controlling computer user account profile and data security management along with data backup;
● On completion of completing network establishment, I have joined the server setup team and worked on Active Directory, Domain Controller, Email server, File server, backup, replica, cyber security etc.
Project status: Over the years this team become one of the largest IT departments in the corporate business sector in Bangladesh.

My Significant Roles, responsibilities and contributions:
● Worked as Strategic consultant for five years and carried out SWOT analysis;
● Developed brand promotion and sale enhancement that indicated use of social media marketing, branded promotional gifts, customer appreciation events, after-sales service and customer satisfaction surveys among others;
● Developed automated accounting system and customer tracking system including payroll, billing, cash book, ledger, cash flow statement, receipts and payment account, income and expenditure statement, Balance sheet, accounts payable and accounts receivable, inventory management, fixed assets management and customer tracking and satisfaction survey module;
● Developed as system for leftover and wasted food management and recycling those for aquaculture industry as fish food;
Project status: Established and running with good market reputation with gradual expansion.

● Find out the source of long-term and short-term income from the project and the agro-based product part has already yielding resources and profits;
